West China PUJi Hospital Sichuan_Tibet(the former
Third University Hospital,West China University
Of Medical Sciences) is a large size Tertiary comprehensive
hospital approved by the National Ministry of Public
Health, integrating with medicine, education and
research. It has been ranked in the key Projects
of "The Tenth five-year Plan" by the Tibetan
Autonomous Region and administrated by the Bureau
of the Public Health in Tibetan Autonomous Region.
The hospital occupies 100000 m2 and the main building
of the hospital is designed by the American Architecture/
Engineering/interior design ,JMGR Inc. It has 600
beds with its daily out-patient volume of 2000 t/p/t
The hospital locates in Chengdu- the capital of
Sichuan Province ,which is named as the metropolitan
of South West of China. and the communication ,
transportation ,economy and the cultural hinges
in West China. The National West China Development
is starting from here. As Chengdu is the throat
entering and exiting Tibet, the hospital is designed
as the Tibetan Medical Base at the Inner Land. It
is designed and constructed as a social and mental
medical models conducted by the WHO ,unified with
modern management, advanced equipment ,first class
of technology new models of services and the comfortable
environment. The total investment is USD.70 millions
and it is scheduled to open in Oct,2003.

Our Management
|
* Medical models: we have imported the modern
hospital's procedures and practices at home and
abroad such as U.S.A, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan
Province and Beijing's foreign invested hospitals.
Based on their advantages and the local policies
and conditions, we created our service models.
* Information System: Our Hospital has imported
and developed different kinds of software to realize
the digital information unification management
in medicine, administration, financial,
case control, tele-communication, operation flow
,logistic control ,health management and analysis.
* The new human resources management will be different
from that in the traditional hospital. Here all
staff are employed on the contract basis.
* As a for-profit hospital, we have set our competition
and stimulation system in order to realize the
lower cost and high efficiency ,high reward .Now
we are completing it in our temporary out-patient
service in the coming days. This can help us when
the hospital is in operation. As a non-for-profit
hospital, we need to join the social insurance
system and be devoted to the Charity activities.

Study and
Sciences
|
The hospital has not only the general
functions of the tertiary hospital ,unified prevention,
healthcare, medicine, recovery, education and research,
but will stress on its special services in the general
practices,( GP, general practitioner or preliminary
care doctor /or family doctors), the Less Invasive
Surgical Center, Cardiovascular Center, Altitude Sickness
Center, Hypertension Center, Pediatric Center, Ophthalmology
Center and Oncology Center, Tibetan medicine and traditional
Chinese medicine.

Team Construction
|
We are going to provide the clinical
training programs and build the training base for
the residency and those who want to get the Master
and doctor degree. We will cooperate with the international
medical institutions for the academic exchange, personnel
training and set the funds for scientific research
and development. We will take measures to let the
experts , key leaders and specialists own the property
or shares in order to keep our team stable and devoted.
Now we have recruited forty graduates with medical
bachelor, master and doctor degrees and twelve specialty
professors known at home and abroad working in our
temporary out-patient service to demonstrate our service
model. There are more than thirty sino-foreign first
class experts have shown their willingness and intents
to work in our hospital. |

* Positions for the operation executive officer of
the hospital(OEO);
* Chief of nursing department (CN).
If you have been in such a position , please refer

3 years of continuously working experiences in the
referred field/position of the hospital, be familiar
with the advanced hospital operations and capable
to complete or develop the leader team and training
programs in order to promote the normal operation
